We have a customer with Norstar 6.1 and two PRIs that have been working fine until recently. 3 times in the last couple of weeks they have aquired a serious problem, incoming calls to the system cannot be heard by either receptionist answering the calls but the callers can hear her. PRI LEDS on the Norstar equipment as well as the PRI interfaces are all OK. PRI provider ensures us that the PRIs are OK and have not changed. Resetting the KSU will clear the prob.We suspect there is an AC power prob and will try to convince the customer to change his UPS units on spec. B4 we do this I'm curious if anyone out there has run across this.PLS Reply.
