Can't get to site--tried everything

Starting yesterday, I am no longer able to get to my business site, digitalmusicdoctor.com using Comcast. I can get to the site just fine using Earthlink dialup. I can get to anywhere else on the Internet that I try using Comcast.

I have tried Comcast support 4 times and they can only tell me they are not blocking the site. I also eliminated my router as a factor by going directly from my computer to the cable modem.

I have also tried clearing my temporary internet files and cookies, turning off my Windows firewall, turning off all my antivirus software, sypware blockers, and popup blockers. I have also rebooted with everthing cleared out of startup and I have checked my hosts file.

I also did all of this on a second computer with the same result.

Below is a tracert of what always happens.

I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look like a problem with an upstream link as I can trace all the way to the host company. In your case you have an issue with fe-0-1-100M.cr2.phx.cybertrails.com.

Send this trace to Comcast and ask them to raise it with their upstream provider.

I think I have finally convinced Comcast that there is a unique routing issue. They are working the problem. I can do successful tracerts starting from other points, for example, However, I still cannot access the site from my location via Comcast.
