When I try to get to the ReportService, I get the following error:
Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

Exception Details: System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission of type System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.

I have added ASPNet to the virtual server in IIS. Has anyone else had this issue?

Start looking at the IIS server and Windows Domain security policies. It sounds like your account doesn't have permission to view the necessary share.

Does anyone know what shares are needed? I have given by admin account as well as, aspnet full rights.

The shares where the IIS files are saved is what you need to double check. Do you have read permissions? Do you have write permissions? These are the literal paths on the hard drive of the IIS machine I'm talking about.

Also, check the IIS website permissions. If you don't have rights to view the default website, or if RS is saved to a non-default website, that could be your problem.

My directories are all shares with full permission to everyone. The virtual web has Allow anonymous with ASPNET as the user. I have ASPNet in my DB with the report manager role selected. I went through the trouble shooting for SQL Reporting. I don’t know where else to look.

At this point, I'd check with Microsoft themselves. See if there are any specific KB articles to do with your problem and if there aren't, open up an issue with their support team.

Or google your error and see if you come up with any other results.

I needed to add a .Net SP3 and replace the .config files from MS. Then I re-installed and it is working on XP. I still can't get it to work for my win2000 server.
