Can't get time changes to take

Anyone ever had any problems with the time change not taking. My customer lost power and now we can't change the time back. It just won't take.

Well to tell you the truth I have not heard of this one before but here is what I would do. Go in and try to reset using the programming way and remember to keep hitting NEXT till it tells you your at the END OF LIST. If this will not work have you tried to reset it again ( UNPLUG SYSTEM ) wait 60 sec. Power up again.

I had the same problem, turned out to be a software issue. Had to upgrade.
