As the title says, I'm having issues with getting my DCH to establish. I get a myriad of errors such as the following:

DCH055 DCH: 51 RLS RED ALRM TIME: 21:55:08 5/07/2024

TIM000 22:00 5/7/2024 CPU 0

DCH055 DCH: 51 RLS RED ALRM TIME: 22:06:39 5/07/2024

Other end is a Cisco 2921 which should properly be configured.

Was it previously working?

If not, then it could be a number of reasons.

Check that you are using the correct protocol.

Try the following commands which might be listed here in the wrong order as I'm doing this on my phone from memory.

To disable the card and DCH

LD 96
DIS DDSL 51
DIS MSDL 51

LD 60
DIS (DDSL card slot)
STAT (DDSL card slot to check its disabled)

ENL (DDSL card slot)
STAT (card again to see if trunks are idle)

LD 96
ENL DDSL 51
ENL MSDL 51
STAT MSDL 51
STAT DDSL

LD 60
SSCK 0 to check clocking.

Yeah i got it to work, but am having the same troubles adding another TMDI card.

Same issues, CC RED RED ALARM on the second card.

Now i'm having issues getting the second card to recognize the other main clock?

Only one Digital trunk card needs to be clocking as the main source on the phone system. You can have a secondary source from a different card.

Correct. That's what I'm trying to setup here is primary and secondary clocks. It seems like on the second card, the DCH will not establish and channels 1-23 are in a MBSY state.

What type of trunk card are you using?.

Having a red clocking LED against the 2nd card won't affect its connectivity.

What protocol has been set and is it using a MSDL?
