I enabled SQL debugging for the project, but execution doesn't stop inside of my stored procedures at the breakpoints.

What do I need to configure?

You need Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Developer or Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect Edition.
From Tools->Connect to database navigate in the Server explorer tree in the database-> Stored procdures and right-click on the stored procedure in which you want to stop by selecting Step into procedure.

That worked, but my book gave me the impression that execution would break while the application was running (when the stored procedure is called). Is that incorrect, or am I missing something?
