Can't get RWW working

I have the following new setup (RWW has never been working)

DSL router -> switch -> SBS 2003r2 (one nic IP 192.168.1.175)

I have run CECIW many times. netstat -an |find /i "1425" says this port isn't used.

I can successfully do the following from the server:
I can't do this:
(403 forbidden)

Remotely I CAN do the following:
Remote Desktop (port 1723)
OWA Remotely, I CANNOT do this
(forbidden IP)
(forbidden IP)
 
It should be


Make sure you have setup IIS properly and that you have a certificate installed on the IIS server. You must access it from the outside.

I finally gave up and started from scratch and it is now working properly. I think my problem stemmed from doing things out of order. When installing I downloaded all of the updates before running the ICW for the first time. I wonder if the ICW installation couldn't handle some files be different than what was on the cd?

BTW, everything works just fine using my public IP address instead of a domain name (although a bit harder to remember :)
