Can't get rid of this!!

I have XP Home. I installed a new wireless mouse and keyboard and they work fine but a problems started when i or anyone else logs out of their accounts. It takes a while then a dialog box shows up saying "MOffice this program is not responding" and it has a mouse icon in the corner of it so it has to be something to do with the mouse. I deleted the new mouse and keyboard in Device Manager and reinstalled them, and I searched the registry and can't find anything to do with MOffice, also the Search program, in all the main program folders and in Add/Remove programs.
I can't find it anywhere! What can I do so it won't conflict with closing of all the accounts??
