I am using PNagent v7.00 against an NFuse 1.7 and a Citrix XP 1.0 farm. When the pnagent is starting up on my workstation it says "unable to enumerate applications" and it also mentions the file enum.asp. I haven't modified enum.asp and the whole installation is standard without any spedcial tweaks.

Can't find any clues on this one anywhere, please help!!

Kind Regards,
Patrick

Some thoughts

1. Silly question, but the user you've logged in as into NFuse does have access to the published apps/desktops in the farm?
2. Check the dns/wins/etc for the servers in the farm - it's possible that one or more of the server ip addresses is funky (ie reality does not match what's in the DNS).
3. Check to make sure that your main server isn't down and or if you've modified nfuse.conf that SessionField.NFuse_CitrixServer is valid.
4. Make sure that the XML service is running OK one of your servers.....

Cheers

BeerGood - thanks for your suggestions, but none of them helped... after lots of digging we found out that the problem was that PNagent tried to log into the domain with the FQDN of the AD and not the Netbios name of the AD domain. Sounds really weird but its true... what we had to do was to change the forcedomain field in nfuse.conf that controls the PNagent to NOT use the FQDN but the Netbios name of our AD!
We had locked down the PNagent so that users could change anything in the config but if we unlocked it and choose "prompt" instead of pass-through as auth. method, we were able to login successfully if we then entered the Netbios name in the domain field.
