When I open a website and it has an intro page I click on the link either saying "enter the site" or "skip intro" and nothing happens. A blank browser doesn't even open up. What can I do? I have already set all my browser setting back to their defaults.

Macman21:
Assuming that you have the appropriate player installed, I'm not sure you can do anything. If the page is poorly designed, or the html code that runs the flash code is bad, then it's up to the webmaster of the site. The index page should run the intro Flash code then call the next page to execute.
When you roll-over either of the links do you see any URL? Try executing that in a new window.
Or email the webmaster, try webmaster@(domain.com).

Disable if you use on the pop-up blocker for the site.

Thanks bcastner, I had a feeling it was somethignn to do with a pop-up but it still didn't work when I disabled pop-up blocker. But that lead me to delete some things on the toolbar. The culprit was NavExcel. I removed the program and everything works fine now.
