When I start to backup it hangs at .33 MB. The time continues and the process shows running, but it never goes past .33 MB. And that was after 14 hours! I have checked the tape drivers, but if you tell ARCserveIT to eject the tapes you get a "busy" error. If I run the device wizard it does not show the 12/24GB DAT. If I look in devices it's there. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

What OS are you running (including patch level) and what version of ArcserveIT are you running (including patch level) -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"

The OS is NT4 with SP6 and it is ARCserveIT 6.61 with SP2a

Are you running manufacturer-supplied SCSI drivers? -----------------------------------------------------
