Can't get outside line

Can someone please help me. I have an Option 11 system with a 2008 digital phone that when initially installed I could get an outside line, however now I can not. It seems to work fine for internal calls though. The listing is:

print another phone that can call outside and change this phone's ncos to the same number.

usually that is a block, depends ont the switch,, (ld 86/87/90)

NCOS 0 in my switch is the default and a NCOS 0 can only dial internal

Ron, Did changing your NCOS resolve your issue?

unless someone uses frl 0 for local routing or makes ncos 0 =to frl 7.. 99 percent of the switches i've worked on, ncos 0 is internal
