Can't get outlook to stay online

We are running outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 server.

My outlook 2003 client will not stay connected. It is off line and I have to send/receive to get mail from my exchange server.

I am on my lan and do not understand how this was changed over night.

Any suggestions?

Ahhhh, stupid is as stupid does. My work offline was checked.

I do not know how but I can work now.
