Can't get Oulook update to work

I have Outlook 2003 and Act V. 9. I cannot get the ACT/Outlook Update utility to work. I have tried both "One-way" and "Two-way" updates and still no go. I do get the "updating activities" little window to open and it the green progress bars start to appear, but it never completes and just closes. Any ideas?

Have you added the ACT! address book to Outlook?

Did you follow these steps -
