Can't get NAV corporate edition to install

I am trying to install NAV corporate edition on our W2K (SP2) server. It prompts me to click on license agreement and where I want to install the program but then I get a message "NAV was interupted and can't do install, no files were changed" Can anyone please give me a idea where to look for the problem. Thanks

Do you have a previous version of NAV installed? If so you may want to completely uninstall it first.

Also what verion of NAVCE are you trying to install?
