Hi, I created my lgo in fireworks and it prints blurry:

it's probably b/c the resolution is very low but i can't for the life of me figure out how to change it. i tried but it's not working. can anyone change the resolution for me so that i'll get a sharp image when i print it? Thanks in advance!

if you want a really sharp image on print, you need to convert it to vectors. a good hour work in freehand unlike you have the fonts handy

you need to use cmyk and 300+ resolution. Best bet is to use freehand, illustratior or photoshop [soapbox]
sleep is good

What is 300 resolution? I had someone ask me today if I could send them a file in 300 resolution. It is a logo that I sent as a Tiff that I converted from a bmp.

300 dpi
why convert it to bmp ? bmp is the crappiest format ever, leave it as tif
any good graphic editor should allow you to see the resolution somewhere.
or in other words
if you want your logo to print as 2x2", you need it atleast 600x600 pixel big
