Can't get MOH working with 9611 IP phones, SIP Trunks, Multiple NR

I've got MOH recorded as an integ-mus type on a G450 gateway. All my ip phones are on the same network-region as the G450 gateway. I've got SIP trunks coming into the S8800 CM5.2.1 server in another location. The G450 site and S8800 site, are connected vai MPLS WAN. If I put an external or internal call on hold, I do not hear anything. I can call the announcement extension (x69714 )and hear the music. I've got Music source 1 setup as the extension (x69714) and Tenant 1 (only 1 tenant in system) is set to use Music Source 1. All COR allow MOH.

I can't figure out why MOH won't play.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

There is somewhere that you tell the switch that a gateway's music source is in another gateway/network region. For the life of me I can't remember how I did it at my last employer (7 LSP sites; 1 of them without a local music source).
