Cant get into server utility after CCM 6.0 install

Hello. I recently installed a CCMS 6.0 server and am unable to get into the server utility to activate the license. It tells me that the server can't be reached.

The license manager and CCMA software are coresident on the server. I have tried using the ELAN and TLAN addresses in the log in box. I believe I am using the correct sysadmin password, I know we can't list passwords on here so I hope I am using the right one.
