Cant get image to become transparent?

I have Office XP, and everything I try to import a transpartent .jpg or .gif, It always has a white backgroud. Is there any way to make the image become transparent.

You have to import the object into a paint or art program to do that. Access can't do that for you. Sorry.

Put the background of access White or the background of the image of the same color of your access form ...

Jul...good idea as long as epsilon6 doesn't get stuck with a magenta (or some other ugly color) background! :-0
