Can't get Help to Install 2

Developer Edition 8.5 - XP Pro
Gateway 600L Laptop

I cannot get help to install on this machine. I have tried going through and reinstalling over the current copy but it will still not come up. My next step is to uninstall and reinstall it completely.

I am sure I am overlooking something simple. Any ideas?

If you have Internet Explorer 6 on the machine, this is a known issue. Go to the crystal decisions download page and they have a fix for this. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
