Hi.
Since I don't found anything on the web regarding this issue, I thought I should share my experiences with all of you. If you ever is about to install a SECC 4.2 on any system with a SITEID different from the AUXID and you can't get the symposium to register properly with the ELAN, the most probably cause is that Nortel has generated wrong keycodes. In our company we have had this problem twice. When the SITEID and AUXID is different, the serialcode of the SECC install should be based on the AUXID and not the SITEID. Hopefully this tip will save you alot of time spent on a problem that's generated by NORTEL....
