Cant get Console to roll to menu overflow

Hello, I have a 2250 console that I can't get to roll to a overflow menu treatment. The goal is to have the console roll to this menu after 8 seconds. The SDN for the menu is 8991. Thanks.

Looks OK in the program here...PRT a DNB for 8991 and make sure it is pointed to Call Pilot DN

DN is built in Call Pilot and works fine if you call it directly from a phone. Also had another problem pop up. when we put the console in night mode it would display busy and if you called you would get endless ringning but no indication on the console of a call and it would not roll to the 8991. I took the AQTT and AODN entries out and it cleared the NITE issue.
