Can't get Citrix Metaframe Clients through Firewall?

I have a contivity 600 using the Nortel Stateful Firewall. I have a policy created with a few rules. One of the rules is Interface Specific. In that rule I have Any, Any, Any, and my source is a range of IP's. But those IP's can't use their Citrix Metaframe to login to the citrix server. We keep getting errors back saying server is not accepting connections.

So I tried creating an "OverRide Rule" and say Any all the way across and accept. That still doesn't work.

Any body with some ideas would be appreciated.

Does your Citrix server point to the Contivity as Default gateway ?
