Can't Get Charts to Work!!!! 1

I had no response to my original message, so I am trying again. I am using crystal 8.5 and for no reason I can determine, I suddenly am unable to use the Chart Expert. I can open reports with existing charts, but cannot insert additional charts nor can I insert a chart in a new report. I ensure that there is at least one group and at least one summary. What I see when I use the Chart Expert is a greyed out "OK" button.

When you open the chart expert and get the greyed out OK button, have you tried flicking through all the tabs in the expert? This usually un-greys the button, or so I've found.

Thank you Katy44! I had totally forgotten that you had to flick to the other tabs and makes some choices, even when there is only one group and one summary.
