Can't get any Avaya App to work on iPhone- IPO R11.1 FP1 SP1

Hey guys,
Hope everyone is safe and well.

I'm struggling to get ANY Avaya app from the Apple App Store to talk to my IP Office.

-I've tried Avaya Workplace. Once inputting credentials I get a message saying 'VoIP Phone Service Unavailable. VoIP phone service is not currently available' I'm using the full https address with the 46xxsettings.txt for the IPO.

-I've also tried Avaya one-X(R) Mobile Lite - this app just crashes when I open it.

I can log into Avaya Communicator in Windows 10 fine with no issues. The license I have is 'Avaya Softphone' and as I said, no issues with using Avaya Communicator.

Any suggestions which App will work on the iPhone with the License I have? I can't see an Avaya Communicator App in the AppStore...
