Can't get a rule to save to server. Get an error One or more rules cou

This is the only rule that I have so it is not 32KB limit of rules. Here is the rule setup:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
have server reply using "a specific message"

The message is being sent from a user. The from field is of a group. I have given rights of Send AS and I am able to send a regular e-mail with the from field of a group but I can't get it to stick as a rule.

Also when I create a group and select Run Rules Now and select the rule it works it just doesn't stick when I hit apply and get the error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
