Can't get a Hold Tone

HI I hope someone can help I am try to change the music on hold on a V12 it was set for Music before on a analogue port but seem to be taken away so am trying to just change it to a Tone,so have Change Music Source to Tone and check Data restriction is off on the trunk but am being told you just get nothing when being put on hold,can any one tell me where else I can look to get this working
