Can't get 2008 ACD phone to call forward off net

I am having trouble with getting a 2008 ACD phone to call forward external. I have printed the set.

i don't remember getting ACD sets to CFW externally, but i guess it should work as long as the agent is in make busy or logged out.

check the TARG's on your routes. the rule is that if the TGAR on the set matches the TARG on the route, the call is blocked.

Do you have to dial 9+number for outside calls? If so you will need to insert 9+number in the cfw feild.

Do you have CFF ki n the CDB instead of CFO?


Have you tried to forward it to a DN on the same switch just to see if you can forward it?

malley63 did you do what spunkysus said about entering a 9 before the external number that you are trying to forward to cause what you posted doesn't show a 9 in front of the number. What is your access code to dial out?
