I have an existing Metaframe server that was on 192.168.1.0 subnet. It has been moved to the otherside of our VPN to the 192.168.0.0 subnet. All appropriate TCP/IP settings in network have been set correctly. I can connect to shares, telnet, and remote administration. On our end (192.168.1.0)when we fire up the client we get our authencication window as normal but then the system displays the "Checking your credentials..." popup for a minute or two before reporting "The system cannot log you on due to the following error: the RPC server is unavailable."

Any ideas?

Thats sounds like a potential problem communicating with the DCs. Do you have DCs in the 192.168.0.0 site?

If not do the DCs in the 192.168.1.0 have routes to the 192.168.0.0 site and do they get responses to ping.

I have another member server (without citrix) on the 192.168.0.0 subnet that authenticates to the Domain just fine. When I telnet to the citrix server I am able to ping both domain servers on the 192.168.1.0 subnet.
