My company uses a Windows 2000 server, IIS5 for it's proxy, and for a web server.
We recently had to replace both hard drives within the raid system. And now that we are back up and running, we can't FTP into it, or FTP outside the network anywhere.
Any help is appreciated.

I have had something similar happen. Be sure that you have a proxy client installed on the computer that needs to access the FTP site. Without the Proxy client it will not be able to FTP outside the firewall. A test for such.
From the firewall FTP to the remote site and see if you can connect. Since it is directly connected to the Internet through your ISP you shouldn't have a problem with it connecting. From a client point or workstation on the network you will need the proxy client.

Thanks,
TecGuy.

Thanks for the info, we fixed it by doing the following:
Installing a RedHat 8.0 server. Everything works now and the Squid proxy is much faster than the windows proxy was.
