Can't free up TN

Hi all - Im relatively new to IP PBX world and I'm trying to free a TN but get the following message

(SCH8825) The DN must first be removed
from the GHT list.

So I can see that the DN needs to be removed from the GHT list but don't know how to do it!
If someone could provide step by step instructions I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks in advance (I have a feeling I might be here a lot)!

first print the ght's in LD 20
find the list with your dn in...

for example LSNO 20
stor 3 xxxx ( your DN )

LD 18
req chg
type ght
lsno 20
c/r till you get stor
stor ( enter 3 then press the space bar twice )
then c/r until you get REQ thats it...
go back into LD 20 print the GHT and check the dn has gone...

So this is what I have

An additional line on the terminal appears on key 1 4004

in GHT I found the following

GHLN 0172
GHT

PLDN 2139
DNSZ 4
STOR 0 4004

how would I remove this?

to remove the stor

LD 18
req chg
type ght
lsno 0172
c/r till you get stor
stor ( enter 0 then press the space bar twice )
then c/r until you get REQ thats it...

to remove 4004 from key 1
get the TN for 4004

LD 20
req chg
type xxxx
cust 0
tn x x x x
echg yes
item key 1 nul
c/r till you get req again...
