Can't forward to ring group on no answer

Standalone MCD6. user can't forward to RG on NA, busy works. This is set in call rerouting not on the phone. no active features on phone. works if you change it to voicemail.

Can they not forward to the ring group or is it that they can but the ring group members never receive the call?

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
 
It is programmed. When you call the phone either internally or via did the phone just continues to ring until the ring timer expires or the caller clears down. Ccs trace doesn't give any clues. I've checked call forward conditions and this should be possible. I've set a reboot for tonight so will see in the morning.

Have you set the required sections in the call re routing form? i.e. No answer is set to THIS not NORMAL? (there are two forms to programme to get it to work)
