Any help!?
A VP at my company suddenly can't forward emails w/attachments from Outlook. We tried both Outlook XP and 2003 (maybe even 2000) and still he has that problem. When we set it to forward emails as an attachment - it works. We take that off and it stops working again. Doesn't get anykind of descriptive error other than - The Operation failed!
We have exchange 2003 server by the by..
Any thoughts?
He is currently working remotly through citrix, but we logged on as him here in the office and were able to get the same problem from different PC's.
I was thinking something kooky like Anti-Virus was scanning the attachement on the server or something. I thought it could be his profile was corrupt, but it happens on mult. pc's. Mult profiles - not roaming profiles either.
