I have a user with NT SP6a. Recently they were getting system errors upon start up and after running a virus scan using inoculate 4.73 I discovered that they had the lovgat virus. I found a removal tool online which solved the problem.
I then asked the user not to access any more email until I applied the outlook security update but unfortunately they accessed it again.

This time after updating the signature file, a scan reveals that they have the following virus's:

Bat/mumu.worm
win32/hfind.ipscanner.trojan

I have searched the web for information on these viruses but have had no luck. Does anyone have any information regarding these viruses and if so, know where I can find a removal tool if one exists.

Regards

The Mumu worm contains other malware and the reported trojan is probably one of its variations.

The link smah gave you is a good one, but so far there isn't a great deal of information on it because there are apparently many variations already found.

Have a read, and good luck!
