Can't find the Twist tool in Illustrator CS

I'm using Adobe Illustrator Classroom in a Book to teach myself Illustrator, but the software I'm using is Illustrator CS. I've run into some differences. According to the book, the Twist tool should be a part of the same group that contains the Rotate tool. This is not the case in Illustrator CS. I can't find it under any of the buttons in the Tool Box. Can someone direct me to its location?

If you are talking about the Twirl tool, it is in the same group as the Warp tool (Half way down left side of toolbox)

I'm talking about the Twist tool. According to Illustrator 10 Classroom in a Book it should be located in the same Tool group as the Rotate tool. But it's not there in that group in Illustrator CS.
