Can't find the ColorSpace named Cs'8

Hi,

I have converted a word file to the pdf format using Adobe Acrobat 4.0. At my computer it works fine. I have send a file to a friend and he is using Reader 4.0. He can not see the graphics in the file.
He gets Can't find the ColorSpace named Cs'8 and
This file contains information not
understood by the viewer. Suppress further errors.
messages.
What could be the problem?
