Cant find the 23

I have been trying to set up the destination code 23 in a BCM 3.6 and it tells me that its not valid. I have searched the entire system every drop down and can not find where this phantom 23 could be hiding. Anyone have an idea of where this could be?

Could you go to maint and look at dn look up 23 to see if and what it goes to..

I dodnt see the DN look up in maintanence. Could you give me the path to it?

What is your ext. # range? (22XXX thur 23XXX)?

23 may be denied in restrictions, check all of them.

I checked all the restrictions there isnt anything there, Is there anywhere else I can look to see if 23 is causing an issue?

maintenance > port/dn status
press the DN softkey and enter the DN - it could be a B2 DN

1. Did u check hunt groups?
2. What happens when u call a 23xx number? where does it start giving reorder tone?
