Hi,
I installed software called WinCC on a new PC and SQL Server 200 also.
In my VB I use an ODBC to connect to SQL Server.
On this new PC Im trying to set up an ODBC Connection but when I hit the combo box
"Which SQL Server do you want to connect to?"
It just brings up a blank and doesnt find the SQL Server I have installed.
This has always worked fine on other PC's,
Any ideas why this is happening?

No ideas why but can you just type the server name instead of clicking the combo?

Many times my pc's have duplicates of the server names on the combo, and if I select the wrong one, it failes, but if I type, it works nicely.
