Can't find robots.txt in root

Hi guys,

I created a robots.txt file using MS Notepad and saved it as a text document. But when I try and access the file in my browser I get a 404 error. My FTP client shows that the file robots.txt is sitting in the root directory right next to index.htm. But yields a 404.

Is there something simple that I am overlooking here? A naming scheme issue? Encoding? I am using ANSI which is Notepad's default.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave Fore

Nevermind. Found the problem. Server migration/nameserver issue.
