Can't find PCs

I am new to SMS, 1st tiem install. I believe that I have fully extended the schema. I can see "All User Groups" & "All Users" when looking in collections. Which is coming from my AD. It even sees when new accounts are added. My problems is that I can not see any PC(s) or Servers in any of the other "Collections". The only one that I see is the very server that SMS is installed on. Does anyone understand what I mean?
