Can't find label SKIP

hmmm, not sure what is going on here.
I get this error when running the set up for a script:
C:\PROGRA~1\APACHE~1\APACHE2\CGI-BIN\ECHAT41>setup41.cgi
Can't find label SKIP at echat41.cgi line 162.
Compilation failed in require at C:\PROGRA~1\APACHE~1\APACHE2\CGI-BIN\ECHAT41\setup41.cgi line 3.

Anyone able to help?

Nevermind.... fixed it. the new Active Perl didnt like the script, so I just used an older version
