Can't Find Email Addresses in Address Books (GW 6.5)-- Please Help! 1

Hi Folks:

I'm using GW 6.5 to send weekly email announcements to a appx 700 people using multiple address books. Recently I have gotten several responses asking me to unsubscribe recipients, but when I search through the address books I can't find the email addresses in question. I've used the 'Look For' box at the top of the address books to search, but it doesn't find them-- likewise Name Completion (which is set to search all the address books) doesn't find them. When I check the Properties tab of the sent mail and 'find text', their email does appear, but as far as I know there is know from that what address book each email came from. Is there some way they could be hiding or not appearing in the address books, and what is the best way to search for a specific email address? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, I'm completely at the end of my rope here! Thanks so much-- and sorry in advance for any stupid mistakes in GW-- I'm just learning as I go.

Are you sending using distribution lists? If so, check your Frequent Contacts as they might be saving to there. Once in your Frequent Contacts, they don't get updated as you make changes.
