can't find cybercash dll

I am trying to re-implement a cybercash account into a site re-programmed in CF. I am looking for the cybercash.dll to be used with the CFX_cybercash tag. Since Cybercash was bought by verisgn i am having no luck on the verisign website as all they want to do is have me change over to there more expensive solutions.

Any help would be appreciated!
