Can't find CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.DLL

hello,

Some off my users get the following error :
"File or assembly name CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms, or one of its dependencies, was not fout" and a bit further in the error I see "Attempting download of new URL file:/// (applicationpath)/CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.DLL".

The strange thing is that some clients could print before.

Does someone has an idea what the problem could be, how the problem got there and how I can solve it.
