I had 2 computers networked through a Linksys Wireless router and everything was working fine. One of my computers crashed and I had to buy a new one. Now I can't seam to get the two to see each other on the network. When I go into my router interface, they are both there as clients. Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong. Why can't I network the two together?

Verify the following things:

1. Both computers can ping each other by ip address
2. File and Print Sharing is enabled on both
3. A firewall exception is turned on for FPS on both
4. The computers are in the same WORKGROUP

I'm betting the problem is #4

Good link for networking/troubleshooting

Problem was #1 and #3. Could ping from computer 1 to computer 2, but couldn't ping from computer 2 to computer 1. Found out that computer #1 had Norton Internet Security installed that was blocking everything. Your info was very helpful, Thanks!
