Can't fax out when using desktop messaging

When we installed the call pilot messaging software, we were able to use the incoming fax feature, but are having difficulties with the the outgoing faxes. Is there anything I missed?

We are using the CP Desktop Messaging but I haven't set the Fax side up yet. Just out of interest do you have all the correct digitis for the outgoing call, or is the problem between the Client and the Server ?

If you do a CPTrace from the PC you are faxing out, check the VPIM has the FQDN.
