Can't export to pdf from crystal unless administrator

Dear All,

I am running a third party program that allows me to email a crystal report in pdf format.

However, unless I'm logged on as 'Administrator', I keep getting the error message 'Missing or out-of-date export dll'.

I've re-registered exportmodeller.dll and crtslv.dll and everything works fine as an administrator. As soon as I logon as another user, I get the same error message. Am I missing something?

Does the non-admin user have access to that folder / file? Sounds like a permissions issue.
