Can't et rid of wingate.exe, winhelp.exe, lovegate???

I have the famililar lovegate virus I think. I've had all the usual dll files (task**.dll, ily688.dll, etc.). I also have a ll_g service I think which I disabled. I have the wingate.exe, winhelp.exe and iexplore.exe files in my Winnt folder. I have deleted these files several times and removed the registry entries but they keep coming back, especially the winhelp.exe and wingate.exe files in my registry and on my hard drive. Does anyone know how to completely get rid of this virus? Also, where is winhelp.exe and wingate keep coming from? If i delete the files and the reg entries, who is copying them back? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There are several variations of this virus. Some propogate through network shares - are you on a network? Some variations can also open a backdoor on your machine. Here's some info on one variation
