Cant enter new records

I am having a problem with an Access database. When I enter a record everything works fine until I reach record 101 at which point when I try and move on to enter the next record I am thrown back to record 83

Does anyone have any ideas?

With behaviour this bizarre you have to consider corruption, I think! My first thought would be to use the old create a blank db, import all your objects (don't forget those modules and macros, if any) delete the old db and rename the new db as the old db.

And, of course, make a backup copy of the old db first!

Just out of curiosity, have you looked at the table to see if it, too, is limited to the 100 records?
