Can't enter data into form submit (no file or database)

I am trying to save the form result into any database, file or email that allowed by using the (form properties) In this example I created the connection to an existing MSSQL server (ODBC) and find the fields (so I know the connection is ok). And when in the browser I submit and get Conformation ok but in the result I get that:

The database connection named 'Database1' is undefined.

This problem can occur if:
* the connection has been removed from the web
* the file 'global.asa' is missing or contains errors
* the root folder does not have Scripting permissions enabled
* the web is not marked as an Application Root

The root directory has all Privileges

The only suspicion I have is the "the web is not marked as an Application Root" but I think it is.

Is anything come in mind why it does not work?

I tried also to save in a file that failed too.



I know this is a fundamental problem (something was not installed righ may be)
I use FromtPage 2002 , FrontPage Server Extension 2000

any help!!!
